Will I be getting speaker slides from the presentations?
Yes, slides from speakers will be available in Dropbox, the link will be shared via email.
How does the virtual conference package work? Are the presentations being livestreamed?
The 2026 virtual conference will be livestreamed and recorded, allowing you to watch it live via Zoom (in EST) or at your convenience afterward. You will receive a Conference Link to Zoom via email. You can purchase the 2026 virtual conference package until December 31st, 2026.

How long will I have access to the lecture recordings?
Recordings will be available for one year.
I am attending the live, in person conference, will I get the recorded lectures too?
Yes. All people who are registered will receive recorded lectures and a pdf copy of presenter slides. Recordings of the presentations will be added post conference (editing may take up to 2 weeks).
Are there special dietary accommodations for those with food allergy, intolerance, celiac disease, food preferences?
Yes, there is an option to mark/request specific dietary accommodations during the registration process. We work closely with the hotel to communicate these requests and needs.
Does this conference provide dietitian Continuing Professional Education (CPE)?
Yes, we are approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and offer CPEs for both the live, in-person and recorded conference package. You must complete the post-course exam to receive your CEU! The exam will be provided as a link after the conference and once complete, the CEU certificate will be generated and emailed directly to you.

CPE: In-person event 11.75 CEU, Virtual event 12 CEU
At this time, we do not offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
